Automation Business Partner

About the role

As an Automation Business Partner you will lead projects that automate business processes, assess new use cases, map current workflows and identify improvement opportunities. You will work closely with the global automation product owner and act as a liaison between business lines and automation teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of automation solutions, from idea assessment through design, deployment, testing, operation, adoption monitoring and retirement.
• Create clear business cases, process designs, requirements and status reports for each initiative.
• Support the global product owner in prioritising initiatives, allocating resources and maintaining an up‑to‑date project and solution portfolio.
• Drive adoption of existing automation solutions and manage decommissioning of deprecated ones in line with team OKRs.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, conduct workshops, brainstorming sessions and awareness campaigns to generate demand for new automation use cases.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Business Informatics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering automation projects at a regional or global level, preferably within Global Business Services or customer‑service related functions.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset, high accountability and results orientation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English with excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, stakeholder‑management and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in virtual, global teams and influence without formal authority.
