Associate Project Manager (Project Manager I)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to support PATH and Tier 1 or maintenance projects. Working under a PWS NA Group Manager or mentor, you will gain hands‑on experience in project execution while ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support in project management processes such as TP2000 (PATH) and TP3000.
• Assist in managing small‑scale Tier 1 or maintenance projects.
• Coordinate project activities including order entry, execution, documentation, invoicing and subscription tracking.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change notices, logs).
• Participate in resource planning, forecasting, procurement tracking and risk management.
• Support change‑management efforts and ensure timely communication with internal and customer teams.
• Contribute to field activities, commissioning support and on‑site coordination when required.
• Promote safety and quality culture by following applicable policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in planning or related project roles.
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills.
• Proactive, responsible attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
