About the role

We are looking for a passionate Event Production Assistant to support our account team in planning, developing, setting up and dismantling memorable BTL events and activations. You will ensure every detail meets our high standards of quality and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist account executives in executing BTL events and activations.
• Coordinate the set‑up, operation and dismantling of events or structures, respecting timelines, budget and quality standards.
• Supervise suppliers, logistical staff and on‑site support during activities.
• Prepare and request quotations, compare prices and provide administrative support for budget management.
• Contribute to the creative planning of events, offering innovative ideas and solutions.
• Manage permits, documentation and logistical requirements.
• Maintain constant communication with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth information flow.
• Produce post‑event reports, including photographic, logistical and evaluation data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in BTL event production, activations or brand set‑up.
• Valid B1 driving licence (A2 licence desirable).
• Experience managing suppliers and contractors.
• Technical and logistical production knowledge for events.
• Basic understanding of lighting, sound and set‑up.
• Proficiency with office tools.
