About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to drive business growth by delivering consultative, technical solutions to industrial clients. The role involves building relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting our portfolio of industrial automation and electromechanical products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers in the industrial sector.
• Conduct on‑site commercial and technical visits to assess client requirements.
• Recommend appropriate solutions based on electromechanics, electronics, automation or mechatronics expertise.
• Prepare, present and follow up on quotations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, update the sales pipeline and forecast.
• Provide post‑sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Technical education in electromechanics, electronics, electricity, automation, mechatronics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical or industrial sales.
• Valid B1 driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
