About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service, understand buyer needs, and guide them to the right vehicle—whether combustion or electric.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by offering tailored recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain deep knowledge of available combustion and electric vehicles, including specifications, benefits, and financing options.
• Effectively manage leads from websites, social media, events, and other sources, ensuring timely follow‑up and conversion.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations highlighting key features and advantages.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet established targets.
• Record and update client interactions and lead status accurately in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in the automotive industry.

Required profile

• Previous experience selling used vehicles and conducting appraisals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and proven usage experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Passion for the automotive sector, especially electric vehicles.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and events.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
