About the role

The Commercial Advisor – Last Mile will drive business growth by acquiring, developing and retaining customers in distribution, last‑mile, e‑commerce and supply services, creating sustainable and profitable commercial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in distribution, last‑mile, e‑commerce and supply.
• Acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations and negotiate until closing sales.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities to increase account profitability.
• Meet established commercial objectives and sales targets.
• Manage and develop the assigned client portfolio.
• Ensure client loyalty through ongoing consultative support.
• Coordinate with operational and service teams to ensure proper execution of commitments.
• Maintain CRM with up‑to‑date opportunities, negotiations and commercial activities.
• Participate in industry events, chambers and sector activities to generate networking and new opportunities.
• Identify market trends and client needs to develop competitive solutions.
• Support brand positioning and commercial growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in consultative sales or commercial management.
• Preferable experience in logistics, distribution, transport, last‑mile or e‑commerce companies.
• Proven experience in prospecting, negotiation, closing deals and managing client portfolios.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and commercial tools.
• Knowledge of distribution, last‑mile, e‑commerce, fulfillment and logistics.
• Ability to prepare quotations and conduct profitability analysis.
• Experience with commercial KPIs and indicators.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 (desired).
