Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, disciplined, and empathetic Appointment Setter to be the first human contact for our leads. You will guide prospects through our educational resources and help them move toward our life‑changing health programs. This high‑volume role requires roughly 150+ outbound dials per day.

Key responsibilities

• Call webinar leads to encourage attendance and follow up with those who missed the session.
• Reach out to individuals who completed a health assessment but have not scheduled a sales call.
• Engage webinar attendees who did not book a call, answer basic questions, and build trust.
• Use Close CRM to track lead status, manage tasks, and ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily dialing targets and weekly appointment‑setting benchmarks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting or outbound sales.
• Exceptional English verbal skills with the ability to sound “local” to a US‑based audience (55+).
• Warm, bubbly, and patient demeanor with resilience for a high‑activity environment.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $7‑$8 plus bonuses/commissions.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑4:00 PM EST or 12:00 PM‑8:00 PM EST.
• Immediate start date (ASAP).
