Appointment Setter – Financial Services

About the role

The client is a growing financial services organization that helps individuals prepare for retirement. As an Appointment Setter you will contact inbound leads, qualify prospects and schedule appointments for financial advisors, ensuring high show‑up rates.

Key responsibilities

• Call inbound and warm leads generated by the company.
• Engage seniors on retirement‑related topics, qualify prospects and book appointments for advisors.
• Confirm appointments and follow up to minimise no‑shows.
• Track scheduled appointments, update lead status and maintain accurate notes in the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Answer basic questions, handle objections and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales or call‑center environments.
• Comfortable speaking with seniors and discussing sensitive retirement topics.
• Goal‑driven, resilient and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM system.
