Applications and Innovation Engineer – Automation & AI Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an Applications and Innovation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automation frameworks that enhance enterprise‑level business processes. You will work within the CSS LAM Proposals team, leveraging AI and Microsoft Power Platform technologies to create intelligent automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research, analyze, design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end automation solutions.
• Stay current with AI technologies and integrate them into proposal production and data analysis.
• Design and implement full technology stacks for AI‑powered applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary stakeholders to collect requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and basic Power BI reports.
• Work with RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop and Robocorp.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Participate in daily operations, troubleshooting, and medium‑complex internal tasks based on SharePoint.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mechatronics/Robotics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficient English (minimum B2 level).
• 2‑4 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and RPA tools.
• Can‑do attitude, personal commitment to continuous improvement, and strong customer focus.
