Analista Senior de Costos

About the role

The Senior Cost Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, controlling and reporting the costs of the various hospital areas. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and support financial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Review budgets and compare actual costs with forecasted figures.
• Identify cost deviations and propose improvement actions.
• Prepare detailed cost reports for the finance directorate and management.
• Design and update cost‑by‑service, patient and unit models.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to collect data, validate information and ensure proper expense allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cost accounting and financial accounting within the health sector or services.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, budgeting and profitability analysis.
• University degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data‑analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
