About the role
The Logistics Analyst will monitor and analyze distribution operations, coordinate route dispatch, and support drivers and customers. The role focuses on generating key data to aid decision‑making while ensuring operational efficiency and high service levels.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily distribution activities.
- Coordinate the dispatch of routes and manage driver schedules.
- Provide support to drivers and respond to customer inquiries.
- Generate and analyze reports to facilitate strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to maintain service quality.
Required profile
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
- Experience in distribution, logistics, and route dispatch.
- Proven ability to coordinate drivers and handle customer service.
- Strong analytical skills for report generation and decision support.
- Valid B1 driver’s license with at least three years of issuance (mandatory).
