Junior Business Operations Analyst

About the role

The Junior Business Operations Analyst will support demand and supply planning, coordinate business processes and help ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations. The role works on a hybrid schedule, spending two days per week in an HPE office. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business strategies into executable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate demand‑supply management, order management, logistics and inventory activities.
• Compile key metrics, produce reports and analyse data using IT systems for demand‑supply matching.
• Gather demand data from country and regional teams and validate forecasts.
• Review current business processes and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and track business metrics such as service levels, on‑time delivery and supply‑chain costs.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, business operations or planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
