Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer

About the role

We are looking for an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer to design, build, and manage audience segments, journeys, and campaigns within the Adobe Experience Platform. This full‑time, six‑month contract role is 100 % remote and supports US Eastern Time working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop audiences, journeys, campaigns, and email assets in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Build and maintain audience segmentation using Adobe Experience Platform.
• Support journey design, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Configure personalization, templates, fragments, and content within AJO.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Assist with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and smoke testing.
• Follow Agile delivery practices and Adobe platform best practices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Proven ability to create audience segments and build customer journeys.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work aligned with US Eastern Time business hours.
