Administrative Specialist III

About the role

The Administrative Specialist III works independently to maintain and distribute information across the department. This includes drafting both standard and custom presentations, detailed correspondence, and comprehensive reports while supporting event coordination and data management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute information dissemination, creating presentations, handouts, reports, spreadsheets, graphics, and status updates.
• Draft detailed correspondence for internal staff, managers, and external partners, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Maintain department files, labeling, sorting, and preserving document integrity.
• Assist senior colleagues in gathering materials, planning, and arranging medium‑scale events.
• Integrate data and documentation retention policies into all deliverables.
• Provide resources, advice, and expertise to coworkers, fostering effective relationships.
• Identify improvement opportunities, monitor priorities, deadlines, and communicate progress.
