Administrative Assistant

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high‑quality, proactive support to the Plant Manager and site staff in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role ensures smooth daily operations by handling confidential information, coordinating communications, and supporting various administrative processes across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the Plant Manager, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and travel logistics.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and documentation are available.
• Handle confidential documents and information in accordance with company policies.
• Assist managers and employees with administrative tasks related to migration, purchasing, and organizational standards.
• Maintain effective communication channels across the site to ensure timely completion of administrative duties.
• Support the organization and distribution of site‑wide communications and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
• Strong ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with standard administrative practices, including document handling, scheduling, and coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
