Accounts Receivable Supervisor

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor reports to the Regional Controller for LATAM and leads the Billing and AR team. The role ensures timely invoicing, accurate payment processing, and effective collection activities while maintaining compliance with local tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, motivate and evaluate the performance of the Billing and AR team.
• Write, update and review regional policies and SOPs in collaboration with operations, finance and management.
• Lead billing activities to guarantee error‑free invoices issued on schedule.
• Oversee customer payment application, collections and bad‑debt calculation.
• Calculate and monitor DSO levels monthly, aligning with corporate standards.
• Maintain accurate data in Oracle EBS and complete month‑end close duties.
• Reconcile AR balance‑sheet and income‑statement accounts, investigate variances and improve recurring issues.
• Ensure internal controls are in place and support financial system implementations.
• Perform transaction analysis, recommend process improvements and handle special projects for senior finance leaders.
• Participate in internal and external audit activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proven experience with Oracle Financials or another ERP system.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and work under pressure.
