Account Operations Manager (Individual Contributor)

About the role

The Account Operations Manager (AOM) partners with the Test & Measurement sales team to streamline operational activities, remove roadblocks, and ensure customers achieve their objectives. The role focuses on designing solutions, managing escalations, and enabling customers to self‑serve using Test & Measurement tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized account support plans, leveraging operational expertise.
• Act as a trusted partner for sellers throughout the customer journey (pre‑sales, delivery coordination, post‑sale).
• Manage the operational side of opportunities, accelerating billing and removing obstacles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical and operational contacts within accounts.
• Capture buying‑cycle insights, including funding sources, procurement, and approval processes.
• Oversee customer assets and entitlements, identifying ways to increase velocity.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to improve the customer experience and drive revenue.
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews and score‑card assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a supporting role within a sales or operational function.
• Fluent English and proficiency in at least one other European language.
• Strong partnership‑building abilities and excellent communication skills.
