Account Manager – Laboratory Solutions (Latin America)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the sales of technological solutions for laboratories across Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru and Argentina. The role focuses on B2B sales, client acquisition, and expanding our presence in the Latin American laboratory software market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and prospect potential clients throughout the region.
- Present product portfolios, develop commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain and grow strategic relationships with existing clients to ensure long‑term, high‑value partnerships.
- Travel at least 30% of the time for client meetings, industry events and trade shows.
Required profile
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably with laboratory management solutions.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level).
- Willingness to work remotely and travel frequently across Latin America.
Required skills
- Experience selling laboratory management systems such as LIMS, ELN, LES, SDMS, and LIS.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and strategic account management capabilities.
