Account Executive – AI & Automation Solutions

About the role
We are looking for a full‑cycle Account Executive to drive adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation among US enterprises. You will work directly with the founder, selling proven solutions to brand‑name clients and managing the sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, discovery, presentations, negotiations and closing.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with prospects and existing customers, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business processes and recommending tailored AI and automation solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline data and activity tracking in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical and delivery teams to align go‑to‑market efforts.
- Represent the company in client meetings, demos and industry events.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, SaaS or related technology roles, including SDR/BDR exposure.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and deliver revenue results.
- Strong interest in automation, AI and digital transformation with a quick learning mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management.
