About the role
The firm is seeking a qualified Labor Lawyer to provide expert legal advice and support to its clients on employment matters. The professional will act as a key point of contact for labor‑related queries and represent the company in public forums.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and supervise the drafting of responses to client legal inquiries.
- Review supporting legal material used in client training sessions.
- Examine calculations of severance, wage garnishments, and other labor-related settlements.
- Perform and review English‑Spanish translations of labor queries.
- Represent BDS Asesores in media appearances on labor law topics.
- Develop service proposals and present them to clients.
- Coordinate and review support material for conciliation, mediation, and judicial hearings before labor authorities and courts.
Required profile
- Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho).
- Active lawyer’s license.
- At least three years of experience practicing as an attorney.
- Specialized experience in labor law.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
