About the role
We are seeking a remote Legal Analyst to support our team on a contract basis. The role involves conducting in‑depth legal research, reviewing contracts and regulatory filings, and delivering clear written analyses. You will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to enhance legal workflows and ensure compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal scenarios across multiple practice areas.
- Review contracts, regulatory filings, and legal documentation for compliance and accuracy.
- Interpret laws, regulations, and policies to support structured legal evaluations.
- Prepare concise written summaries and legal reasoning for case‑based scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve legal workflows and documentation standards.
- Identify inconsistencies, legal risks, and compliance gaps within legal materials.
Required profile
- Strong expertise in legal research, contract analysis, or regulatory interpretation.
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical reasoning abilities.
- Familiarity with legal compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment.
