Web Production Specialist

About the role

Olly Olly is looking for a Web Production Specialist to turn strategic briefs and approved copy into visually compelling web pages. You will work closely with our automation platform and copy team to ensure every page converts, builds trust, and reflects the professional credibility of our small‑business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and style service pages, city landing pages, and other web content using provided copy and strategic direction.
• Select, enhance, or source client imagery, avoiding generic stock photos and using AI tools such as Gemini.
• Apply design thinking to create clear visual hierarchy that guides visitors toward calls‑to‑action.
• Make minor copy adjustments for UI consistency, such as tightening headlines or breaking up text for scannability.
• Ensure typography, layout, and visual elements reinforce client credibility and conversion goals.

Required profile

• Strong eye for design with experience turning copy into high‑performing web pages.
• Understanding of how copy length, typography, and imagery affect layout and user experience.
• Ability to spot visual hierarchy issues and improve them without extensive rewrites.
