Marketing Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Designer to own high‑impact visual work across brand, web, decks, and campaigns. This is a production‑focused position where you will create and ship design assets that directly reach customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end creative that ships: brand assets, web screens, landing pages, campaign visuals, and master Google Slides templates.
• Build and maintain clean, componentised Figma files using auto‑layout, components, and variables.
• Own deck design, crafting magazine‑grade narratives from 40‑plus slides.
• Produce pixel‑perfect files for digital, event, and print use and hand off clear specifications to engineers and vendors.
• Contribute to creative strategy by questioning assumptions, improving briefs, and providing a clear point of view.
• Iterate quickly with product, marketing, and content teams to achieve measurable campaign and conversion outcomes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of in‑house or agency experience delivering real production work.
• Portfolio that demonstrates a distinct artistic voice across brand, web, decks, and campaigns.
• Strong written and spoken English and comfort with async remote collaboration across US time zones.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to constructively push back on briefs.

Required skills

• Figma (auto‑layout, components, variables, clean file organisation).
• Google Slides (master templates, layout systems).
• Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Canva.
• After Effects and Lottie (optional but listed).
• Webflow or ability to hand off clean Figma specs to developers.
• Basic HTML and CSS for landing pages and email templates.
