Visual Design Services Senior Associate

About the role

The Visual Design Services Senior Associate supports the creation of print, publication, and broadcast‑ready materials by translating creative briefs into high‑quality deliverables. You will work within a shared service environment, ensuring compliance with KPIs, policies, and service level agreements while fostering collaboration across the VDS team.

Key responsibilities

• Record, verify and execute medium‑complexity design requests following documented processes.
• Translate creative briefs into print, publication, or broadcast‑ready assets.
• Monitor KPIs, perform quality checks, and ensure 100% policy compliance.
• Identify process exceptions, contribute to improvements, and update official documentation.
• Conduct internal trainings and support problem‑solving groups.
• Escalate issues, follow up on resolutions, and maintain regular alignment with VDS team members.
• Support Capability Community Lead and experts on operational topics.

Required profile

• Graduate in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
• Proven professional experience in a similar process, preferably within a Shared Service Center.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive attitude.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); additional language skills as required by the position.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Advanced computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
