CAD Administrator

About the role

CBRE is looking for a CAD Administrator to support its Design function. You will assist the team in creating, updating, and managing electronic plans, maps, and drawings for a variety of projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare prints of original plans and records for internal and external agency use.
• Update drawings as changes occur, using computer‑aided drafting techniques.
• Gather site data by visiting locations, conduct space surveys, and produce reports.
• Verify that maps and drawings are spatially accurate and technically correct.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to obtain project details such as equipment, materials, and codes.
• Collect on‑site information and store it electronically to maintain up‑to‑date building conditions.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under close supervision.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English proficiency to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
• Organizational ability with an inquisitive mindset.
• Capability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and mark‑ups.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
