Virtual Sales Account Executive - Spanish Speaking (Remote)

About the role

Splunk, a Cisco company, is looking for a virtual Spanish-speaking Sales Account Executive to work remotely, anywhere in Costa Rica. The role is focused on building and advancing a pipeline of opportunities through outbound outreach and managing deals from first contact through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Make 30+ targeted outbound calls daily to generate, qualify and progress opportunities.
• Use account-based strategies to identify key contacts, deliver tailored messaging and research target accounts.
• Own deals from initial engagement through to completion, keeping prospects and customers engaged.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM systems to support forecasting and planning.
• Work with field sales and cross-functional teams on account strategies, and with channel and ecosystem partners to coordinate outreach and advance deals.
• Share protocols and market insights to help the team meet its sales goals.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, with complex business terminology.
• 3+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Account Executive or in a similar quota-carry sales role in the LATAM market.
• Preferred: track record of moving prospects through the sales process and contributing to revenue targets.
• Preferred: understanding of SaaS sales cycles and consultative sales approaches, including prospecting, qualification and solution positioning.
