Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing portfolio of mid‑term rental properties. In this remote position you will manage day‑to‑day operations, communicate with guests, and help optimise property performance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest communications before, during, and after stays.
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries, lease agreements, and tenant onboarding.
• Monitor occupancy, update pricing, and track renewals or extensions.
• Process maintenance requests and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain listings on platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels.
• Keep property records, reports, and operational documentation up to date.
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve guest issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing mid‑term rental properties.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and pay close attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
