Property Manager – Luxury Vacation Rentals

About the role

We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of luxury vacation rentals in Costa Rica. The role involves ensuring each property meets the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction while supporting a dynamic, customer‑focused team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of vacation rental properties.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities, including cleaning procedures, product usage, and daily inspections.
• Maintain and enforce high standards of cleanliness across all properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and improve operational processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional housekeeping department.
• Demonstrated experience in property management or vacation‑rental operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and inspection techniques.
