Value Management Consultant

About the role

Workday is looking for a Value Management Consultant to join its Digital Value Management (DVM) team in Heredia, Costa Rica. You will help the Global Sales Organization demonstrate the financial and business impact of Workday solutions to customers and prospects by building credible business cases and value stories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer‑facing value engagements and run discovery sessions to understand prospects' priorities, challenges, and goals.
• Develop clear, data‑driven business cases that explain the ROI of Workday solutions using benchmarks and financial analysis.
• Partner with sales teams to craft and deliver tailored value narratives for each customer.
• Balance strategic, high‑impact customer work with a healthy volume of opportunities across aligned sales teams.
• Collaborate with the broader Value Management organization to align technology capabilities with executive‑level priorities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial analysis and business case development.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex value propositions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, and customer teams.
• Willingness to spend 50% of time onsite at the AFZ office in Heredia.
