Sales Representative – Costa Rica

About the role

3M is seeking a Sales Representative to grow market share for its aftermarket division in Costa Rica. You will collaborate with global 3M teams and drive profitable sales growth through strategic channel initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute short‑term strategic direction and operating plans for a complex market/product line.
• Develop and implement channel strategies, cooperative opportunity plans, and go‑to‑market plans with distribution partners.
• Monitor sales data, market trends, and partner performance to optimise strategy and provide demand input to Integrated Business Planning.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, local regulations and corporate policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or a technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field and 2 years in B2B or technical sales.
• Commercial experience selling differentiated products that require cost‑benefit analysis and problem‑solving.
• Advanced English proficiency and a valid B1 driver’s licence.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.
