UI/UX Designer – Design Intuitive Digital Products

About the role

The UI/UX Designer will improve and standardise the user experience across a range of digital products, including user‑facing applications, reporting tools, dashboards and operational systems. Working closely with product owners, developers, analysts and QA, you will create intuitive, visually consistent interfaces that meet modern usability standards and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and user requirements into clear UX flows, user journeys and wireframes.
• Create high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes and visual assets using modern design tools.
• Design and optimise interfaces for transactional tools, reporting dashboards and internal workflows, improving usability of complex data screens.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, iterate designs and document defects.
• Maintain consistency across projects by contributing to the design system and UI guidelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX work for web or application platforms.
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills.
• Relevant UX certification (e.g., UX Certification, Google UX Design Professional Certificate).
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Figma (preferred) – design and prototyping.
• InVision, Adobe XD or similar prototyping tools.
• Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• User journey mapping.
• Prototype testing.
• Card sorting.
• Basic usability testing.
