Technical Sales Representative – Cartago Zone

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to cover the Cartago zone in Costa Rica. You will act as the link between our agricultural biosolutions portfolio and local growers, distributors, and trade partners, helping them adopt sustainable crop nutrition and biocontrol products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the existing client portfolio within the assigned zone.
• Prepare commercial offers according to company policies and monitor their performance.
• Participate in regional fairs and events, supporting logistics together with Trade Marketing.
• Provide feedback to product development on new‑product introduction opportunities, including occasional field trials.
• Organise and deliver technical talks and seminars for customers in the area.
• Assist in portfolio recovery and gather documentation required for credit analysis.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
• Collect competitor information (portfolio, channels, pricing, specifications) to support commercial planning.
