Tax Compliance Analyst II – Data & Automation

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data‑mining protocols to extract and consolidate tax‑related data from multiple sources such as ERP systems, SAP and tax authority websites.
• Validate and cleanse large datasets to ensure accuracy for tax filings and audits.
• Use data‑driven insights to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows and drive continuous process improvements through automation and standardisation.
• Create dynamic reports and dashboards for tax compliance and performance monitoring.
• Partner with tax analysts, finance and IT teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects involving tax technology and analytics.

Required profile

• University degree or advanced coursework in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or related quantitative fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quantitative/analytical role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax‑related business functions.
• Proven experience with business intelligence tools such as KNIME or Alteryx, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficient English speaker and fluency in the local regional language.
