Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to ensure a seamless, efficient, and compliant hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will support talent acquisition advisors across the Americas and globally, managing key stages of the recruitment process while upholding Solventum’s values and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent advisors to schedule interviews and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Provide timely communication to candidates regarding status and next steps.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports for continuous improvement.
