Recruiter – Full‑cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

SPECTRAFORCE® is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of specialized, technical, and executive positions. You will act as a talent advisor, building pipelines, negotiating offers, and supporting candidates throughout their career journey.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and refine job descriptions to align with client needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, university partnerships, and other channels.
• Conduct interviews, debriefs, and skills assessments.
• Maintain detailed activity records and reports in the Leoforce system.
• Collaborate with Client Services to qualify requisitions and ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Prioritize client‑referred candidates and uphold high service standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for specialized or senior roles.
• Strong understanding of labor market trends and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities to support the recruitment team.
• Ability to meet yearly hit‑ratio targets and deliver superior customer service.
