Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

EdgeEdge is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support sourcing, screening, and interview execution across its recruitment pipelines. Reporting to the TA Lead, you will help build and maintain a strong candidate pool for urgent and ongoing hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across job boards and platforms to grow talent pipelines for PE, PK, and CR roles.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and participate in urgent (ETR) interview processes.
• Evaluate candidate suitability against job requirements and document feedback in the ATS/CRM.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, maintain candidate communication, and ensure smooth progression through the hiring pipeline.
• Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and support rapid sourcing for high‑priority roles.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, customer success, or operations.
• Experience conducting interviews or candidate screening is a strong plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Basic experience with CRM systems.
• Basic experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools.
