About the role

Connect is looking for a dynamic Supervisor(a) de Televentas to lead a team of commercial advisors. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and ensuring the team meets its targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a tele‑sales team to achieve defined sales goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (high‑school diploma plus university studies accepted).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading tele‑sales or call‑center teams.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Clear communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
