About the role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join a luxury international brand as the HR Deputy Manager. This role serves as the right‑hand to the HR Director and will have a tangible impact on a workforce of more than 400 colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the right‑hand to the HR Director, supporting strategic decisions for a workforce of over 400 employees.
- Support HR leadership in managing employee relations and HR administration for a large team.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with Costa Rican labor regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least five years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Costa Rican labor legislation.
- Experience with personnel administration, labor relations and HR processes.
Required skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
