Steward – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Steward supports the Food & Beverage operations at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo by ensuring all dishware, glassware and cutlery are clean, properly stored, and readily available for service. This on‑site position is essential to maintaining the high standards of a luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, transport, and store dishes, glasses, and cutlery for all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Assist with general cleaning tasks in the kitchen and service areas.
• Maintain inventory of dishware and report any shortages or damages.
• Follow the resort’s quality and service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a steward or dishwashing role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and safety procedures.
• High level of integrity, ethical decision‑making and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely, efficiently and in an organized manner.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Spanish.
