Sourcing and Purchasing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Sourcing and Purchasing Specialist to lead the procurement of goods and services from suppliers across North and South America. The role is fully remote and works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure cost‑effective sourcing, on‑time delivery and high product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with suppliers to confirm purchase orders, monitor production schedules and resolve shipment issues.
• Analyze inventory levels and demand forecasts, initiating reorders to maintain optimal stock across all channels.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules to achieve cost‑efficiency and timely fulfillment.
• Create, review and submit purchase orders in the company’s procurement system with accurate specifications.
• Track shipments, flag delays and coordinate corrective actions with logistics and quality teams.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Quality Control and Supply Chain teams to align procurement with product launches.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce costs and enhance supplier performance.

• Self‑motivated individual contributor who can work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to work during U.S. time zones.
