About the role

We are seeking a remote Software Engineer to contribute expert-level code samples, debugging strategies, and development insights across multiple languages. The role involves tackling complex software defects, building scalable services, and improving code quality for AI training data.

Key responsibilities

Develop and debug high‑quality code in Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++ or TypeScript.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex defects and performance bottlenecks.
Implement new features with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and best practices.
Refactor legacy code and document technical reasoning to enhance AI training data quality.

Required profile

Strong backend experience with Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, or C++.
Proven track record building scalable services and APIs.
Comfort with debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
Experience reviewing and validating peer‑contributed code.
