Software Engineer

About the role

Join Cisco's Connected and Engineering Transformation Office (CETO) to design, develop, and optimize scalable technical solutions that power the Go‑To‑Market and Customer Experience teams. You will work across Salesforce, backend services, and AI/ML integrations to improve partner and customer experiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end solutions on Salesforce and cloud‑based platforms.
• Develop front‑end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive UI/UX practices.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and micro‑services architectures.
• Integrate third‑party systems and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) with secure authentication mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high‑quality releases.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing web or cloud‑based enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and English communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating globally.
