About the role

As a Software Engineer within Cisco's Connected and Engineering Transformation Office (CETO), you will help build intelligent, integrated experiences for customers and partners. You will work across Salesforce and advanced backend platforms, applying AI/ML capabilities to streamline business processes and drive data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize scalable technical solutions on Salesforce and cloud‑based backend systems.
Integrate AI/ML components to enhance operational efficiency and generate new insights.
Collaborate with multi‑functional teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring tools.
Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and architectural decision‑making.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience developing web or cloud‑based enterprise applications.
Proven ability to work in Agile teams and communicate effectively in English.

Required skills

Front‑end: React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
Back‑end: Java, Python, Node.js, C#, REST, GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL, microservices.
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, OAuth, JWT, event‑driven architectures.
DevOps: CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools.
Salesforce: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL, declarative tools.
