Software Developer – R&D (AI Agent Orchestration)

About the role

At Harris Recording Solutions you will join the R&D team working across multiple business verticals, delivering software that securely captures and provides access to official records. You will help evolve the core client‑server product suite while supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and implement changes in the core client‑server product suite.
• Write high‑quality, reusable code following functional and technical specifications.
• Maintain code quality through active participation in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivered solutions meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience orchestrating AI agents within an AI‑driven software development lifecycle.
• At least 1 year of object‑oriented programming experience using C# and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures and triggers.
• Proven ability to use AI coding agents to design, generate, test and document software solutions.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to review AI‑generated code for quality, security and performance.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
