Software Developer – .NET & C# (Loan Management Platform)

About the role

You will join a team that maintains and evolves a loan‑management system used daily by clients. The role focuses on steady execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement of a core financial platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance core features of the loan management platform using .NET, C#, and SQL.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and fellow developers to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable code.
• Own technical tasks, propose improvements, and support integrations with multiple vendor partners.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce consistent development standards.
• Assist with performance tuning, system stability, and overall code quality.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building applications with .NET and C#.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to solve technical problems with a practical, thoughtful approach.
• Clear communication skills and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to writing stable, maintainable, and reliable code.
