About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, technology‑enabled programs that deliver measurable value to our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping delivery strategy, operating models, and value‑realization approaches while guiding large, multi‑team initiatives across product, engineering, and business domains.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern end‑to‑end delivery of strategic technology programs.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure alignment between client strategy, technical execution, and business outcomes.
• Mentor senior consultants and strengthen delivery capabilities within the practice.
• Contribute to account growth, firm intellectual property, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Mastercard and client organizations to drive program success.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in technical program management.
• Track record of leading software or product delivery initiatives in complex client environments.
• Strong ability to influence senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Experience mentoring senior consultants and building delivery excellence.
