Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead multiple global information‑security initiatives from Costa Rica. The role involves defining scope, building project plans, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with security standards while delivering on time and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, and quality criteria and obtain management approval.
• Create and maintain work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, external partners and business units to ensure seamless coordination.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, track issues and drive resolution.
• Develop reporting dashboards and provide clear project updates to senior leadership.
• Manage global migrations and IAM lifecycle processes across regions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years in cyber‑security or information‑security projects.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, able to build and guide distributed teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMP and Certified Scrum Master certifications preferred.
