Senior Sourcing Manager

About the role
The Senior Sourcing Manager leads Private Brands sourcing initiatives, driving disciplined and fast execution while ensuring high‑quality delivery across supplier management, costing, and end‑to‑end program performance.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement category‑level Private Brands sourcing strategies aligned with a 3‑5 year plan.
- Choose sourcing execution approaches (bid vs. negotiate) and select suppliers.
- Lead RFQs, negotiate with suppliers, and award business contracts.
- Approve costs within merchant‑defined guardrails.
- Own and optimize the supplier matrix, handling onboarding, development, diversification, and exits.
- Monitor production and shipment phases, resolving issues in partnership with Supply Chain, CMA, and Replenishment teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and decision‑making abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
