Vendor Performance Analyst

About the role

The Vendor Performance Analyst will develop and execute procurement and performance strategies for the CR‑NCAM area, aligning with business plans and driving sustainable growth through best‑in‑class sourcing and supplier innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑term supplier relationships and strengthen external partnerships.
• Optimize procurement spend, contracts and category strategies across assigned purchase categories.
• Maintain performance reporting in the Procurement reporting tool (PPM) and ensure compliance with global and local procurement policies.
• Conduct market, category and supply‑risk analyses, and build Total Value Ownership models with internal stakeholders.
• Draft contracts in Spanish and English, manage vendor onboarding, and oversee service performance, SLAs and corrective actions.
• Validate invoices, manage financial controls, and run governance cadences such as MOR/QBR.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of direct procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in the 3PL/4PL logistics sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Customs or related fields.
• Strong negotiation, planning and prioritisation skills with a growth mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
• Experience using Power BI, ERP systems and E‑Procurement platforms.
• Fluent English (and Spanish for contract drafting).
