Senior Solutions Architect – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical consulting engagements for clients worldwide. This remote position focuses on designing, building, testing, and deploying custom solutions that leverage Smartsheet, its API, and integrations with third‑party products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, build, test, and deploy custom software solutions using Smartsheet and related APIs.
• Lead design sessions, define technical requirements, and validate solution architecture against best practices.
• Document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Review and validate designs created by other architects, providing mentorship and peer feedback.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on Smartsheet capabilities, use cases, and integration patterns.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex software solutions in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of web‑based technologies and API integration.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
